At Cultured Man, Personal Training and Movement Coaching are more than fitness—they are disciplines of mastery, alignment, and embodied confidence. PROJECTS:
1) At the core of our work is the development of next-generation performance training systems that merge movement culture with neuroscience and elite athletic development.
Through Neuro-Reactive Krump Conditioning, I have developed a reaction-training methodology derived from Krump that enhances court awareness, reaction speed, decision processing, and emotional intensity regulation for professional athletes.
This system operates as a Court Reaction Performance Lab used in:
• Professional athlete training
• NCAA athletic performance programs
• elite youth athlete development
The methodology also extends into coaching and performance psychology, helping performers and leaders access heightened physical presence, emotional command, and improvisational intelligence.
